Investment Appraisal Introductory Course

The Estate Master IA Introductory Course is for participants wishing to utilise the software to the maximum capability for property valuation and/or valuation purposes.

It covers setting up preferences, inputting tenancy information, loan inputs, investor distributions, outgoings and capital expenditure.

Participants will be able to interpret the intricate results of the investment cash flow, DCF, capitalisation summary and executive summary.

Each participant has their own PC to assist them in learning and using the package.
