Walker Corporation was under time pressure to complete their due diligence of a government tender for two major multi-use land development projects located in southern Queensland. These two projects had a combined end sale value in excess of $3b with a masterplan for a mix of uses including commercial, retail, medium to high density residential and leisure activities. The staged delivery programme also demanded various replacement of existing uses, upgrading of major transport infrastructure and land reclamation to deliver the final outcome.
